Return & Refund Policy

At Thirsty Ape Shop, we want you to love your purchase. While all our t-shirts are made-to-order, we offer a 30-day merchandise refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

You may return your item for a merchandise refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • Returns must include all original packaging and tags (if applicable).

We will cover the return shipping costs if your return is due to:

  • Incorrect item received (i.e., wrong product, size, or color).
  • Damaged or defective items.

2. Shipping Costs

For general returns (non-defective or correct items), shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item using your preferred return method. However, if the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at thirstyapeshop@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the return.

We will respond within 5 business days with return instructions. If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item in your request.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized items (unless defective).

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
