At Thirsty Ape Shop, we strive to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below, you’ll find important information regarding our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and other essential details to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. Processing Time
All of our products are made-to-order through our third-party print provider, Printify. Please note the following production times:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days to produce your order.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods and Times
We partner with various carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS, to deliver your order. Below are our estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days after the processing time.
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days after the processing time (available at checkout).
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart. You can select from various shipping options (Standard, Expedited) during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking link.
5. International Shipping
We are proud to offer international shipping to many countries. Please note the following considerations for international orders:
- Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Thirsty Ape Shop.
- Delays: International shipping may experience delays due to customs clearance or other factors beyond our control.
6. Shipping Delays
Please note that while we aim to meet our shipping timeframes, unexpected delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier issues. If you experience a significant delay, please contact us at thirstyapeshop@gmail.com for assistance.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If your package is marked as undeliverable and returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing an order to avoid delays.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Thirsty Ape Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered. Please check with your carrier for more information if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier or filing a claim with them.
